General rule
Use OK-API only for lawful, authorized purposes. You are responsible for your applications, users, inputs, outputs, and downstream actions, including compliance with the policies of the model providers you select.

Abuse and unlawful activity
You may not use the service to facilitate or meaningfully assist unlawful conduct, exploitation, harassment, fraud, deception, or harm.
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation content, sexual content involving minors, or grooming.
- Credible threats, targeted harassment, stalking, trafficking, or non-consensual intimate content.
- Fraud, phishing, impersonation, scams, evasion of sanctions, or illegal financial activity.
- Creation or distribution of malware, credential theft, destructive payloads, or instructions intended to compromise systems without authorization.
- Illegal weapons, controlled-substance trafficking, or instructions intended to cause physical harm.

Security and platform integrity
Do not interfere with OK-API or use it to attack another service.
- Do not probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization.
- Do not bypass quotas, safety controls, authentication, billing, provider restrictions, or rate limits.
- Do not share, sell, scrape, or automate access in a way that harms availability or violates third-party rights.
- Do not use stolen credentials, rotate accounts to evade enforcement, or conceal malicious traffic.

Privacy, intellectual property, and regulated data
Do not submit personal, confidential, copyrighted, regulated, or export-controlled data unless you have the required rights, notices, agreements, safeguards, and provider configuration. Do not use outputs to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

High-impact decisions
Do not use the service as the sole basis for decisions that determine a person's eligibility, access, or rights in employment, housing, education, credit, insurance, legal services, healthcare, or other high-impact domains. Qualified human review and legally required safeguards must remain in place.

Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, rate-limit or block requests, suspend credentials, preserve relevant records, and report conduct where legally required. When practical and safe, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal by contacting support.
