Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to OK-API. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the website or API, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, and any order-specific terms. You must be at least 18 or the age of legal majority where you live and have authority to bind any organization you represent.

Provide accurate account information and protect passwords, API keys, and authentication factors. You are responsible for activity under your credentials and must notify us promptly of suspected compromise. We may suspend credentials to protect users, providers, or the service.

OK-API provides gateway, routing, format-conversion, usage, and account-management services. AI outputs are generated by third-party or separately operated models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and must not rely on them as professional, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical advice. Model availability, behavior, limits, and upstream terms can change.

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant OK-API a limited license to host, transmit, transform, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have all rights and permissions required to submit the content and route it to selected providers.

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. You may not evade limits, probe credentials, interfere with the service, resell access without written authorization, or use the service to harm people or systems. We may investigate violations and restrict or terminate access.

Prices and model rates shown in the service apply when a request is made and may change prospectively. Credits are prepaid units for eligible API usage, are not legal tender, do not earn interest, and may not be transferred or redeemed for cash except where required by law. You are responsible for applicable taxes and usage generated by your credentials. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, providers, models, or limits. Developer previews—including DeepSeek Harness integrations—may introduce breaking changes. We do not promise that any model or route will remain available indefinitely.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and AI outputs are provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OK-API will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to OK-API in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or material harm. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the OK-API operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction remain unaffected. We may update these Terms, and material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
