Refund Policy

OK-API credits are prepaid digital units used for eligible API requests. Because model capacity and upstream costs are incurred as requests are processed, completed credit purchases are generally final and non-refundable except as described below or where applicable law requires otherwise.

Contact support within 14 days of the charge if you believe a payment was duplicated, unauthorized, incorrectly fulfilled, or affected by a verified service error that prevented purchased credits from being delivered. Include the account email, date, amount, and payment-order reference; never send a full card number or API key.

Used credits are not refundable. Promotional, trial, bonus, redeemed, or otherwise non-purchased credits have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable. If an approved refund covers a purchase that has been partly used, the refundable amount may be reduced by usage and non-recoverable charges, subject to applicable law.

We may verify account ownership, transaction status, credit delivery, and usage before deciding a request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Payment providers and banks control final posting times. Filing a chargeback without first contacting support may result in temporary account restrictions while the payment is investigated.

Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. If a mandatory rule conflicts with this policy, that rule controls.
